Here at Backyard Jujitsu, you will get to learn martial art techniques and get the training to get in shape along with having personal coaching. we have developed this website to help you with your training at home at the gym or at your local martial arts dojo. This website will help you learn the basics of martial arts to get you started and in shape. In fact, if you don't know much about martial arts for self-defense that is all right we will guide you along the way. We will have personal weekly workout schedules planned out for you along with nutrition suggestions that will help you burn fat and look good on your way to learning how to kick butt and get in shape. There are many techniques that you can learn and train on your own but you will need a training partner to actually learn martial arts efficiently. The true test is in your sparring putting what you learned into a live application. Not one person will fight the same as the other and i suggest for you to have multiple partners to train with.
