Black belt rank is achieved by time and grade within the art of American Street Jujitsu.  We have a standard to be held in Knowledge and combative skill levels.  We don't test for black belt rank unless time and grade is in order.  Shodan in American Street Jujitsu can only be passed out by Sifu Weston Simonis at this time.
